The WJX Cartridge Needles are designed with a patent that ensures the needles run extremely stable and smooth, with the lowest tin solder to avoid chemical processes and ensure safety. The special rebound feature includes four special elastics that lighten the pressure on the needle bar. The needles are made with medical grade LG PC, which is a colorless, transparent, heat resistant, and impact resistant polycarbonate material.

The original design of the WJX cartridge needles achieves better skin performance, from the outer needle shell to the needle thread, and every part has gone through layer screening and testing to ensure smooth needle operation, ink saving, fast coloring, and minimal skin loss. The needles wire is fixed using fogging and discharging needles, plastic sets, and precise molds to reduce the welding process and avoid chemical pickling, ensuring safety and hygiene.

The frame of the needles is made with medical grade LG PC polycarbonate, providing colorless, transparent, heat resistant, impact resistant, flame retardant, BI grade, and good mechanical properties at normal use temperatures. The special rebound feature includes four elastics that hold on to the rebound to lighten the pressure on the needle bar, allowing for a silent work environment.

The new shell design includes an ink guide groove under the needle nozzle to increase ink storage. The protruding part becomes the track when the needle is out, and with the arc clamp limiter on both sides of the needle nozzle, the friction coefficient is reduced, increasing stability and ensuring smooth needle and ink flow.
